messages from imo2sproxy correctly resulting in weird properties for Users).
- Added a Mutex so that Skype API queries on startup should now be sequential instead of concurrent which caused instabilities.
- Fixed some memory leaks that some former programmers introduced.
- Added errorhandling for cleaner socket shutdown of Proxy-connections.
- Now using SKYPE-name as Nickname also.
- Mostly internal code changes, see SVN log for details.

- Bug: UTF8 support was assumed for starting with Miranda version 0.6, in fact it starts to be supported with 0.7
 - Bug: Message sending didn't handle flags correctly.. Only UTF8 support did work in fact, as the wrong wParam was tested and always evaluated to TRUE. Unicode Message conversion was flawed.
 - Bug: Fixed a memory leak in MessageListProcessingThread
 - Feature: Implemented support for reverse messages. These messages i.e. are sent if a user enters the msg in his Skype client or enters it in a Skype installation running in a different place with the same account.
 - Feature: Implemented support for receiving edited messages, they now get processed normally and are flagged with [EDITED] prefix.

Änderungen:

- Feature, internal: Added function SkypeRcvTime, which only takes messages that are newer than a given timestamp. Used in SkypeGet for example, to prevent retreiving obsolete answers.
 - Feature: Added chatroles in groupchat (tough, they still cannot be used so far)
 - Feature: Group chat name is now taken from FRIENDLY_NAME property of Skype and updated accordingly.
 - Bugfix: A bug, where all users demanded authorization (now using a message identifier to not get the wrong USERS reply)
 - Bugfix: If groupchat feature is enabled, groupchat window should now also be opened when another user starts a group conversation.
 - Bugfix: Changes in groupchat topic should now be handled correctly.
 - Bugfix: RICH_MOOD_TEXT (User's status message) is now no longer processed in favour of MOOD_TEXT, so there shouldn't be shitty HTML-Tags in status messages anymore.
 - Bugfix: There seems to be a Skype API bug where, even tough the protocol negotiation succeeded, requests for CHATMESSAGEs (Protocol >=3) are returned as MESSAGEs (protocol < 3). I introduced a workaround for this in one of the last versions, but the workaround had a flaw: Even tough the MESSAGE answer was returned when awaiting a CHATMESSAGE answer, this caused the receiver to count wrong (CHATMESSAGE has 4 chars more than MESSAGE, so the offset was invalid then). This resultet in Nicknames and messages lacking the first 4 characters, adding wrong nicks to the nick list, etc. This should be fixed now.

- Groupchat fix for message sending.
- Sent messages now also get noticed and added to log.
- Setting chat topic failed, as chat topic was not UTF8 encoded prior to reporting to API
 - Skype API now doesn't get flooded with "GET USER xxx ONLINESTATUS" requests on startup, which may cause Skype to reject requests after a certain amount is reached.
   Instead, thread now waits for reply before issuing next GET
 - When receiving FRIEDNLYNAME for chat, this wasn't properly UTF8-decoded resulting in a garbled chat title on non-ASCII chars.
 - Protected message sending function with a mutex, just to be sure that there are no concurrent requests to the target window.

 - Support for Statusmodes and statusmode changes in Groupchat.
 - Support for kicking users from Groupchats.
 - Fixed a bug with timezone handling. A global variable used by time.h for timezones was used in a patch someone intruduced
 by markcs in 2006. Thanks to mrQQ for finding this.
 - Added an option to use Displayname (Full Name) as nick, rather than just using the SKYPE ID. You can change these settings in Options dialog and
 apply it using "Cleanup Nicknames" button.
 - Option to disable N/A and SkypeMe stati which are not supported by Skype 4 anymore.
 - Disabled fetching of RICH_MOOD_TEXT, as this only contained some useless XML crap, correct Statusmessage is in MOOD_TEXT
 - Now using correct Folder service to get AVATAR path
 - Completely rewrote the complicated FetchMessageThread, I hope the code is cleaner now and easier to maintain.
 Found and fixed a few bugs in it.
 - Fixed a bug in Message receiving in conjunction with UNICODE messages (offset was wrong in SkypeRecvMessage). This caused a crash on
 EMOTED text (like i.e. receiving a file), if the username contained non-ASCII characters.
 - AUTH requests are now not only searched on startup but are also handled if they come in during sessions.
 - Added support for message Identifiers on receiving ACK for sent messages, if using protocol verions >4. This enables us to do
 a cleaner ACK-Process if API supports it, as we can match the ACK with the sent Message which is not possible with
 API Versions <4. This had the negative side effect that it wasn't really easy to distinguish a Reflection from an ACK.
 - Introduced SkypeTime helper function, which does an _ftime instead of _Time, as there seem to be issues with _time function
 on multicore CPUs? For security, there is also a protection mutex around the calls.
 - Added relative path support for launching Portable Skype. (thanks to i2van)
 - Some UI fixes by i2van
 - Added support for Skype /secondary (second Skype account) via Copy DLL hack.
 To use 2 instances of Skype concurrently, you have to do the following (in case you want to keep your current settings):
 1) Shutdown all your Skype instances
 2) Start Miranda with Skype plugin and enter you Skype handle as username in the options dialog of the Skype plugin
 3) Copy the skype.dll in the Miranda directory to a new name, i.e. skype2.dll for your second account
 4) Restart Miranda and configure the Skype handle of the secondary instance in the second plugin copy.
 5) Quit miranda, start your 2 Skype instances
 6) Restart Miranda, plugin copies should connect the the instance with the matching Skype handle.
 - Added typing notification support for libpurple (GAIM/Pidgin) so that you can see typing notifications of GAIM/Miranda Skype plugin users.
 There is still no Skype API for Typing notifications, sorry
